Comments:
In early stages the bloom may be tinged pink, but soon open white and are fragrant. Most skimmia have male and female flowers on different plants. This skimmia will set fruit without pollination. Skimmia performs best in part shade, particularly in the afternoon. Useful in borders and foundation plantings. Berried branches are used as cut material for indoor use.
