Comments: This Michelia produces large, showy, fragrant flowers up to seven inches across with twelve petals. The leaves are also quitelarge, up to eight inches long and nearly three inches wide. Young leaves are hairy. The brown buds are especially attractive just before flowers appear in early spring. 'Silver Cloud' is a highly recommended selection of this Michelia.
