Comments: Pure white with a bright red eye. White flowering varieties can be quite strong in the late evening landscape. Provide full sunlight and a well drained soil, preferably raised beds, for periwinkles. Best not to plant periwinkles year after year in the same bed because of disease problems. Delay plantings until mid-May to lessen disease problems.
