Comments:
This cactus does not have long spines but instead has dense clusters of glochids which can cause considerable irritation to the skin when touched. It produces lemon-yellow colored flowers. Very easy to grow and easily propagated by cuttings or taking pads from a mature plant and rooting them. Good choice for rock gardens and other plantings where water conservation is an issue.
