Like many needled evergreens this one will not grow in hot climates and will not grow well in most of zone 7 and not at all in higher zones. below. Shape varies with the selection and they generally do not grow wpward unless trained and staked to do so. May grow up to 15 feet in height. A nice specimen or accent when trained and staked.
