One of the most cold hardy of the flowering shrubs that is tolerant of deer, drought, and pollution. Has lots of bright yellow flowers in summer and early fall. Ater several growing seasons this shrub will begin to look a little shabby and pruning to within 3-6 inches of the ground in late fall or very early spring will provide evenly distributed new growth.
