A single stalk rises from the ground and there is a single, large, three-branched leaf plus a fruiting stalk. The bluish-green leaflets are entire at the base but serrate at the tip. The leaflets are tulip-shaped. An herb that has been reported to hvse uses in brith control and birthing of babies.
