Comments: This selection has to be grown for its red, dissected foliage. Possibly the most dissected leaves found in the maples and they are just beautiful. The extremely thin leaves are amazingly sun tolerant. It is a slow growing often only reaching a height of 3-4 feet in 10 years. Makes a spectacular plant where used in the landscape, but is outstanding as a container grown specimen.
