This hybrid has purple leaves that mature to blue-green and has excellent fall color. Makes an excellent specimen shrub. Plant in a well drained soil and in full sunlight for best flowering. Best adapted to the upper South because it needs chilling temperatures to satisfy its dormancy requirements
