Comments:
Native to mountainous and coastal areas and will not be happy in hot, humid parts of the USA. Dies when roots are kept wet to moist. Performs best in full sun and when grown in relatively infertile soils that must be well drained. Removal (deadheading) of spent flowers will encourage blooming into summer.
