Comments:
This is a heavy fruiting cultivar of flowering quince. Normally several plants need to be present to get a good fruit set. Provide full sunlight and a well drained soil. Flowering quinces can have a problem with leaf diseases that cause premature leafdrop in the Lower South. The fruit of the flowering quince can be used to make jellies.
