Comments:
Violets bloom well in spring when temperatures are quite mild. As temperatures rise flowers become smaller and eventually cease with the arrival of hot days. Provide a well drained soil, preferably in a raised bed, and full sunlight for the best flowering. Fertilize violets in late winter. Deadhead as much as possible to encourage repeat blooming.
