Comments: The main feature of dusty miller is the silver-gray foliage that persists for a long time. Flowering does occur in summer, but is not the major ornamental feature of dusty miller. Provide full sunlight and a fast-drained soil. Rot will occur when plants get too much water, especially in the winter. Raise beds and add a generous amount of sand to insure good drainage. This perennial can tolerate considerable drought.
