This is a popular variegated form of sansevieria. It is a tropical that will take a lot of neglect and grow in a wide range of conditions indoors from relatively dark spaces to bright interiors. Flowering occurs only on old mature plants and is not a major ornamental feature and is highly unpredictable. This is among the most popular houseplants. Place potted plants outdoors during the warm months of the year for improved growing conditions. Keep the soil only slightly moist. Rot will occur if over watered.
