Comments: Introduced from China this photinia has a broad oval form with several stems branching near the ground. It has bold, glossy, dark green leaves which are think and leathery. In spring it has large, dense clusters of white flowers which are followed by bright red berries in summer and fall. Some birds are attracted to the seeds. Leaf spot is less sever on this species.
