A small, evergreen to semi-evergreen, woody ground cover. Performs best in moist, well drained soils; but will grow in poor, dry, thin soils. Foliage bright green in spring and darker green in summer however, it turns bronzy in fall and winter. Good in raised planters, wall plantings and foundation plantings.
